About the work

Get Talky is a HIPAA-compliant, AI-powered virtual front desk platform that automates patient communication, scheduling, and interactions around the clock.

Our goal was to translate that technology into a brand that feels both intelligent and approachable. Through a thoughtful process of refining messaging, visual elements, and brand language, we created an identity that balances smart automation with human compassion — positioning Get Talky as a trusted, seamless presence in healthcare practices.
