Challenges
Problem
The main screen was overloaded with dense information, reducing clarity in critical conditions. Many falconers use gloves and rely on display zoom, which made precise interaction and readability difficult on the existing interface.
Solution
We simplified the visual system with a refined glass effect, reducing transparency and adding clear borders for outdoor visibility. Larger buttons and fonts improved accessibility, while a motion design system and developer-ready UI kit ensured consistency across all key user flows.
